Silhouette Mint™ machine comes with stamp sheets, mounts, labels, and four ink colors in its kit. You can get started with all these. This machine includes free software that helps bring our stamps to life. To get access to more options, you can even import files from Silhouette Studio®. Step 1: Create an Account

Take your machine out of the box and register your device at silhoetteamerica.com/setup. Now, move to the setup page and choose your language. And then click on the Mint tab.

Make sure to fill out the required information. You can find the unique machine serial number on the back of the machine. Once the registration process completes, you can successfully sign up for your official Silhouette account.

Step 2: Check Box Contents & Then Set Up Silhouette Mint™

Before starting, make sure to check all the contents inside the box. In case some items are missing, inform support@silhoetteamerica.cm. If everything is right in the box, connect the machine to the power supply and plug the power cord into an outlet. Till then, do not connect the USB to your computer.

Step 3: Download And Install Silhouette Mint Software

Once your machine is set up, head toward downloading and installing the Silhouette Mint software. To download the software, first of all, go to https://www.silhouetteamerica.com/setup/en/mint. And then ensure to follow these steps:

  • First, click on the option for your operating system.
  • Ensure your computer’s operating system supports the program when you begin installing the Silhouette software. (if your computer’s operating system fails to meet the minimal requirements for installation, the Silhouette software will not get installed.)
  • Once the download process is completed, select RUN the software setup and set the default installation options provided. When the installation completes, you can immediately launch the software or launch it at any time.
  • When the download completes, run the installation file and then proceed through the on-screen steps to install and set up your software as well.

Note: If you have Mint Studio™ software installed from a previous machine, we recommend you update the software to the latest version.

  • The first step you need to take is to navigate to the Library section in the software.
  • Sign into your Silhouette account and then set up your library.
  • Use a USB cable to connect the mint to your computer.

Since the Silhouette Mint™ is powered on and hooked up to a computer via a USB cable, the free 50 images will automatically get loaded into your library.

If the free content doesn’t appear, power off the Silhouette machine and unplug the USB cord too. Leave Silhouette Mint Studio™ library open. Now, plug the USB cord back into your computer and device, then power on the machine again. The software should be prompted to recognize the cutting machine and load your free library content.

Step 5: Claim 1-Month Free Silhouette Design Store Subscription

Fifty free designs, plus a free 1-month Silhouette Design Store subscription, are made available by the Company. You can follow these steps to redeem your subscription:

  • Go to Mint Studio™ and sign into your Silhouette account.
  • Select the “Subscribe and Save” button when you get signed in. (You can find it at the top of the page.)

  • After entering the code, click on “Apply.”

In the Silhouette Design Store, you can find more than 100,000 trendy designs, fonts, quotes, and patterns with your Silhouette machine. You can search for specific designs and download them for your projects.
